The Bus Transportation Center built for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School System maintains all the school buses and activity buses for the system.
The 5,000 square foot facility includes two bus work bays, maintenance storage areas, office space and assembly space for the drivers and maintenance workers. The parking facilities accommodate approximately 100 school buses and vans, as well as parking for drivers and maintenance workers.
