The UNC Administrative Office is a three-story, 150,000sf building for various administrative departments of the university.
The site is centrally located in Chapel Hill adjacent to campus for the convenience of employees, faculty, and students. The Office building houses human resources, employee records, contracts and grants administration, and research services. The plan was design to incorporate multiple users, providing varying degrees of public and private access.
