The first building on the satellite campus expands Durham Tech’s reach into Hillsborough and Orange County.
Located in the Waterstone Development in southern Hillsborough, the first building completed based on the approved master plan is a classroom and administrative building which will serve as the head building of a future quad of academic buildings on the property. In addition to standard classrooms for a wide variety of educational opportunities, three science classrooms were provided to house collegiate-level chemistry, biology and physics courses. The lab area of the classrooms were upfit with science casework on which to perform experiments including a fume hood for hazardous experiments.
