Revitalizes an aging tennis facility for two of the top collegiate programs in the country.
To be completed in three phases, the program includes the replacement of 12 competition and practice courts, upgrade court lighting on the championship court, and new stadium-style, canopied spectator seating. In addition, a new spectator support building was provided which includes public toilet facilities, concessions stand and an elevator and grand staircase leading to the stadium seating.
The Complex will include a new team building to house both the men’s and women’s varsity tennis teams featuring a recruiting lobby, team locker rooms, coaches’ locker rooms, training room, player lounges and team offices.
The existing indoor tennis facility will undergo renovations to resurface all six court and address the structural issues within the 30-year old building.
