CRA worked closely with the Town Manager, town staff and the Mayor’s Office to respond to the Town’s desire to rethink how it provided services to its citizens and clients.
Each floor was examined for existing layout and work flow and modifications were proposed that met the Town’s requirements. The result is an open office layout that provides staff adequate space while also creating an efficient, light-filled office space. In addition, the Town Council Chambers was redesigned to integrate updated technology and presentation features while updating finishes, chairs and a new emergency egress bridge.
