The relocation of a favorite coffee shop on campus to a centralized location in the library.
Acorn Coffee Shop reopened at its new location on the first floor of Belk Library in the Koenigsberger Learning Center. The new shop will offer breakfast and lunch food options including sandwiches, soups, bagels and pastries, and salads.
In addition to the coffee shop, the project included the renovation of student services offices into a new conference room and lounge spaces for the shop. A large, brick patio was designed and directly connects to the new lounge space.
