Carefully sited on an important intersection in downtown Hillsborough, the Link Center is the center of Orange County government.
Due to its key location in the historic town, special attention was given to the building massing, detailing, window design and landscaping. The result is a building that is respectful of its unique setting. The Link Center and the adjacent annex are a direct outgrowth of an extensive programming and design process which included input from planning committees, department heads and staff, elected officials and Town review boards.
